The Miniflare v5 beta behind it stops reading `MINIFLARE_REGISTRY_PATH` and uses `CLOUDFLARE_DEV_REGISTRY_PATH`; the Vite v2 beta plugin and Wrangler only find each other when both processes get the same value. Third Wrangler minor in six days, after 4.152.0 on 22 October and 4.153.0 on 26 October, and the second in a row that changes how an existing setup behaves.
