Before this, app.use('/*', serveStatic()) answered a POST to an existing file with the file and a 200, so methodNotAllowed never got to send its 405 (issue #5223, open since 12 August against 4.13.1). If a client of yours posts to a path that is also a static file, that request now reaches your own routes or the 404 handler. A second serve-static fix makes precompressed files respect q-values in Accept-Encoding, so br;q=0 no longer gets Brotli. 17 changes in all, 21 days after 4.13.13.",
