**Docker Desktop 4.96.2 and 4.96.3** {docker-desktop} (2026-10-22). Both carry the same eMudhra distrust note as 4.96.1, for the next batch of components. Three patch releases in two days for one revoked intermediate. [4.96.3 notes](https://docs.docker.com/desktop/release-notes/#4963)

**VS Code 1.143** {vscode} (2026-10-22). The Copilot harness becomes the default for new sessions, and an experimental option runs MAI Code 1.1 Flash on-device. 1.143.1 followed about ten hours later. [notes](https://code.visualstudio.com/updates/v1_143)

**huggingface_hub 2.3.0** {huggingface} (2026-10-22). `HfFileSystem(live_follow=True)` keeps Bucket listings fresh over one open connection per Bucket. Large repos now list in parallel, and all safetensors shard headers come back in one request. [notes](https://github.com/huggingface/huggingface_hub/releases/tag/v2.3.0)
